The 2020 Yamaha FZ25 BS6 has been launched in India and price for the 249cc bike begins from Rs. 1.52 lakhs. Yamaha also launched the FZS 25 BS6 at Rs. 1.57 lakhs (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).
According to Yamaha, the BS6 FZ25 will be available for customers from today (27th July 2020), while the availability of the FZS 25 BS6 will be announced later. The Yamaha FZ25 BS6 price has risen by a considerable margin with the update.
Features on the 2020 Yamaha FZ25 BS6 include the negative LCD instrument cluster, LED DRLs, bi-functional LED headlight, side stand with engine cut-off. It will be offered in Metallic Black and Racing Blue paint schemes.
The FZS 25 gets additional features such as long visor, brush guards on the handle grips, alloy wheels in gold and new colour options such as Patina Green, White-Vermillion and Dark Matt Blue.
The bikes come powered by a 249cc air-cooled, SOHC, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.8 PS and 20.1 Nm of max torque. It comes with a 5-speed gearbox, weighs 153 kg and has dual channel ABS as standard.
Back in April, Yamaha had announced the launch of FZ25 and FZS 25 BS6 editions and even revealed new colour options for the bikes on their social media platforms. Finally, with relaxations coming into place, the models have been launched.
