Yamaha has recalled 7757 units of FZ and FZ-S in India.
Yamaha FZ and FZ-S FI models have been recalled in India. 7757 units of the bikes are affected in this recall. The affected units have been recalled to address the issue of non-fitment of rear-side reflector.
The bikes affected have been manufactured from October 2019. The owners of the bikes will be contacted by Yamaha dealerships individually. The reflectors will be fitted in the bikes free of cost at any authorised Yamaha dealership.
This recall is a part of compliance with safety norms. These bikes were launched in November. Powered by a 149cc engine that produces 12.4 HP at 7250 RPM and 13.6 Nm at 5500 RPM. The bike comes with front and rear disc brake along with single-channel ABS.
