If any Indian automobile manufacturer can be termed as the most ambitious, then it is undoubtedly Mahindra. The company which recently forayed into the two-wheeler scooter space with the acquisition of Kinetic has lots of plans up its sleeves, including entry into bike segment and what better product to enter then the Sym Cevalo 125. The Cevalo 125 is made by a Taiwanese two wheel manufacturer Sym. The current Mahindra scooter line up has alot of Sym association and given that, we don’t doubt this bike will be heading our way pretty soon.
The Cevalo 125 uses a air cooled four stroke, four valve, SOHC 125cc engine with fuel injection. But what is truly impressive is the output of 15bhp this puny engine generates. But its not the engine where it just amazes, the bike has a street fighter look (inspired from the Yamaha FZ series), 5 spoke alloys (inspired from the Honda CB1000RR), mono-shock suspension, disc brakes (front), split seats, black theme and wide tyres. If Mahindra gets this to India, they have a sure shot winner on their hands.
