Volvo is reducing some features from their 2020 model year lineup.
Volvo is skipping out on some equipment including safety and convenience features for their 2020 model lineup in India. The Inscription variant, which is the range topping variant, of Volvo XC90, XC60, S90 and V90 Cross Country have been updated with these changes for model year 2020.
The Swedish carmaker has removed Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) and Cross Traffic Alert (CTA) from all the aforementioned models. Some of the models now don’t get heated rear seats. Head-up display has been removed along with power folding rear backrest feature.
The Magic Blue colour option has also been discontinued in these models. The Volvo XC60 doesn’t get air suspension now. The XC90 now gets black diamond cut alloy wheels instead of silver diamond cut alloys.
The updated MY2020 models are already on sale from the month of October in India.
