Volkswagen has added the Highline Plus trim to the Vento line up in India.
Volkswagen has expanded the Vento portfolio in India with the launch of the Highline Plus trim which is priced between Rs. 10.85-13.43 lakhs while the entire Vento range costs between Rs. 8.05-13.43 lakhs (ex-showroom, Mumbai, without octroi). The Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus comes with additional equipment which raises the upmarket quotient of the car.
The Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus gets features like full LED headlamps, LED DRLs, rear view camera, ORVM turn indicators and Zirkonia alloys. The Vento is also loaded with other features like automatic rain sensing wipers, rear air-conditioning vents, auto-dimming IRVM, cooled glove box and a multi-function steering wheel.
On the safety front, the Vento gets dual front airbags and ABS. Powering the C-segment sedan is a choice of 3 engines – 1.2-litre TSI, 1.6-litre MPI and 1.5-litre TDI. The Highline Plus is offered with all the engines, however, only the 1.2-litre and 1.5-litre units get the option of a DSG gearbox.
