The Tata HBX has been spied once again and this time an image of the interior of the car has been snapped by a snoopy petrolhead.
By the looks of it, Tata has retained the design of the HBX concept’s interior as is, barring the bronze details the concept had.
There is a ‘floating’ touchscreen atop the dash, below which sit squared air con vents. The multi-function steering wheel is borrowed from the Tiago and the 5-speed manual gear lever can be seen as well.
A couple of exterior spy shots show that the car on test is likely well equipped, for it rides on dual-tone alloy wheels. The design of the tail lights and the boot lid has been retained too.
These spy shots come only a few days after the front profile of another test car, with looks inspired by the Tata Harrier, surfaced online (read here).
Powertrain options expected on the car are 1.2-litre petrol units in naturally aspirated and turbocharged forms. As seen in the Tata HBX interior spied image, a 5-speed manual gearbox will be the mainstay, while an AMT could be offered too.
