TVS has launched the much-awaited Ntorq 125 XT at a price tag of Rs. 1,02,823/- (ex-showroom, New Delhi), gets many segment-first features
TVS has added one more variant to its Ntorq lineup with the launch of the new Ntorq 125 XT at a price tag of Rs. 1,02,823/- (ex-showroom, New Delhi). Positioned above the current Ntorq Race XP, the new 125 XT is now the top-end model model for the scooter.
The scooter sports many segment-first features that includes its updated hybrid SmartXonnect connected technology with ‘coloured TFT and LCD console’ that has more than 60 features. The first-of-its-kind ‘Voice Assist’ (SmartXtalk) feature can now accept voice commands directly from users.
User can talk to the scooter for changing modes, adjusting screen brightness, navigating to the preferred destination, toggling through songs while they can also listen to like low fuel warnings, fuel wastage, rain warnings, low phone battery warnings, and more.
The scooter can now notify social media platform alerts and track food delivery status. It gets new traffic time slider screens that lets users take a look at cricket and football scores, track live AQI, news, weather, and a lot more while waiting at traffic signals. Users can also set up their profile image along with the image of the incoming caller that will be visible on the screen.
The new TVS IntelliGO technology offers start-stop function as standard. The alloy wheels feature a distinctive spoke design, a first for any scooter in the country. The design looks similar to the ones sported by the MV Augustas. The TVS Ntorq 125 XT comes with the choice of only 1 colour – Neon Green with disc brake as standard fitment.
Currently, Ntorq is sold in 5 variants – 2 standard models, Race edition, Super Squad edition, and Race XP model. It starts at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 82,592/- for the standard drum brake variant.
The moto-scooter is powered by a 124.8 cc 3-valve CVTi engine that produces 9.25 HP and 10.5 Nm. TVS claims a top speed of 95 km/hr with a 0-60 km/hr time of 9 seconds. It comes with a host of connected features under Bluetooth-enabled TVS Smart Xonnect.
Some of the existing features of the scooter include engine kill switch, pass switch, 20 litres under-seat storage, USB charger cum light, external fuel filler cap, low fuel indicator, dual steering lock, and high speed alert.
