The asking price of the TVS NTorq 125 Race XP is Rs. 12,000/- more than the scooter’s base variant
TVS has launched the NTorq 125 Race XP at an asking price of Rs. 83,275/- (ex-showroom, Delhi), today.
Having named it the race, TVS has given the new variant of the scooter a bit more power. Its 125cc motor makes a maximum power of 10 PS and 10.8 Nm of peak torque.
The other variants of the scooter come with 9.4 PS and 10.5 Nm. TVS says the Race XP’s power delivery has been enhanced due to improvements in gas flow dynamics and combustion.
Moreover, the TVS NTorq 125 Race XP price also gets customers 2 riding modes, namely ‘Street’ and ‘Race’. In ‘Race’ mode the 2-wheeler can hit a top speed of 98 km/hr, says the automaker.
Nothing has changed when it comes to the overall styling of the 2-wheeler. However, the Race XP variant sports a new tri-tone colour scheme and revised graphics. It also comes with red-coloured alloy wheels.
Another important update that TVS has given the Race XP model is equip its SMARTXONNECT Bluetooth connectivity platform with a voice assist feature.
When connected through the TVS Connect App, the rider can control various functions of the vehicle, including mode change, navigation, console brightness adjustment, among others, through voice commands.
In addition, TVS says the Connect App is updated with a refreshed UI and UX and it also boasts of a ride mode-based live dashboard. Also, the bike overview section in the app has received an update to include performance parameters, while the navigation function now comes with ‘save address’ function.
