TVS iQube Price Is Rs. 1.08 Lakh In Delhi

TVS has launched the iQube in Delhi with a Rs. 1,08,012/- on-road price tag, which is just shy of Rs. 7000/- lesser than what the scooter costs in Bengaluru, the only other city where it is on sale.

Interestingly, the ex-showroom price of the iQube in Delhi (inclusive of 5 percent GST and standard accessories) is Rs. 1,36,077/- and the on-road price without subsidy is Rs. 1,41,762/-.

Add the Rs. 22,500/- FAME subsidy and an additional Rs. 11,250/- State government subsidy, the on-road TVS iQube price comes to Rs. 1,08,012/- in the national capital.

On the other hand, in Bengaluru, the ex-showroom price is Rs. 1,31,077/- (inclusive of 5 percent GST and standard accessories) and the on-road price to Rs. 1,37,500/- without subsidy.

While the electric scooter does not attract any registration fee or road tax in Delhi, the same cannot be said about Bengaluru. Including the Rs. 22,500/- FAME subsidy, the effective on-road price of the scooter comes to Rs. 1,15,000/- in India’s IT capital.

The scooter comes with a 2.25 kWh Lithium-ion battery pack that powers a 4.4 kW electric motor which outs out 140 Nm of peak torque. While the claimed range is 75 km, the scooter can also hit a top speed of 78 km/hr. There are riding modes (Economy and Power) and the electric scooter also has regenerative braking.

Features such as LED headlight and tail lamp, TFT digital cluster, USB charge port, Q-park Assist, are present while riders can also use the TVS iQube application to connect their smartphones with the scooter and access several features under the SmartXonnect banner.

What the TVS iQube price does not include is the SmartXHome home charger which costs an additional Rs. 10,000/-. But, there is 3-year/50,000 km warranty, lifetime SmartXonnect basic features with 1-year advanced subscription and 1-year roadside assistance offered as standard.

Customers book the scooter for a token amount of Rs. 5000/-, but no EMI options are available as of now in Delhi, unlike in Bengaluru.
