TVS Apache RR 310S’s spy images surfaced on the internet a week ago and man did those pictures go viral. The instrument cluster was the highlight to me, the vertically stacked all digital smartphone-like display console showed us a manifold of details.

After that, we could get our hands on a video that shows how the TVS Apache RR 310S exhaust note sounds. The video footage was for a very short duration, approximately 8-9 seconds. But what we can make out from the video is that the motorcycle has a racy exhaust note.

Borrowing the engine and the exhaust from the BMW G310R, one would expect both the BMW G310R and TVS Apache RR 310S to sound similar. But no, TVS has definitely worked on making the Apache RR 310S sound different than the BMW G310R. At higher RPMs the racy note comes alive while at lower RPMs, the engine has an audible grunt to it.

Powering the TVS Apache RR 310S is a 313cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that produces 33.6 HP and comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The TVS Apache RR 310S is expected to be launched this July, priced between Rs. 1.60 – Rs. 1.75 lakhs (ex-showroom).
