The Toyota Yaris facelift has been spied undisguised in the Philippines before its launch there, which is scheduled to take place on July 25.
The pictures show how the base, mid and top variants look like and the biggest change seems to be the redesigned front bumper.
It has taken inspiration from the Corolla Altis and the previous generation Yaris that was on sale in the Philippines. Also, the LED DRLs are not present in the grille anymore.
Differentiating the top variant of the Toyota Yaris facelift from others is the addition of gloss black accents and LED headlights. No changes can be seen when it comes to the rim design.
One more change that the model is expected to get is an updated infotainment system, but we have to wait till the launch to know if it indeed gets changed.
Furthermore, no details about the specifications, variants or prices of the car have been revealed. We can expect Toyota to offer the same number of variants with a revised features list.
Toyota Yaris Facelift is expected to come with the same 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine putting out 107 PS and 140 Nm. It can be had with a 6-speed manual and an optional 7-step CVT-i auto gearbox.
Recently, Toyota revealed the dual tone and fleet variant of the sedan to widen its appeal and suit the cab aggregator market, respectively. India launch of the Yaris facelift might happen next year.
