Talking about a perfect car for the whole family the only car that would come to mind is the Toyota Innova. Undoubtedly there has been no car which could come close to the kind of space, flexibility, refinement and reliability the Toyota badge provides in the Innova. There has always been a waiting period for the Innova and Toyota is gearing up for the launch of the facelifted version. The new Innova will cut down those long waiting period. The Japanese automaker will increase the production of the Innova by close to 40% as the company knows how important this product is and will not take any chance as competition is said to increase in the segment.
The facelifted Toyota Innova will have new headlight, new grille, redesigned tail light and tweaks in the interiors. Expected to be showcased in the 2012 Auto Expo, Toyota will be launching this car next year anywhere in the first three months of the year. The only car that can be a threat to the Innova is the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga (RIII), being smaller in size than the Innova may work against the Ertiga but wearing the Maruti Suzuki badge works in favour for the Ertiga. As of today, the Innova commands a four month waiting period in most cities. The new Innova will cut down this waiting period drastically to less than a month.
