The updated Toyota Innova Touring Sport 2.4-litre diesel variant now comes with a 6-speed manual transmission.
Toyota has launched the updated Innova Touring Sport diesel with a 6-speed manual transmission. The car has been priced at Rs. 19.60 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The 6-speed gearbox with iMT (intelligent manual transmission) in the diesel variant replaces the older 5-speed unit and comes mated to the 2.4-litre turbocharged diesel motor. The oil-burner unit churns out 150 HP of power and 343 Nm of torque. The Innova Touring Sport is also offered with the 2.7-litre petrol and 2.8-litre diesel engines.
Looks-wise, nothing has changed. You still get the projector headlamps with LED DRLs, LED fog lamps, black grille, front and rear bumpers with black cladding. The black cladding and the 17-inch matte black alloy wheels accentuate the side profile.
The all-black cabin with silver and red inserts still continues. The steering wheel, leather seats, console box and the gear shift lever are stitched in red, while the instrument dials get red illumination. The touchscreen infotainment system gets Navigation. The Innova Touring Sport diesel manual gets 3 airbags, ABS with EBD and Brake Assist, Hill-Start Assist and Vehicle Stability Control.
