Performance bike sales in November 2020 were up by 18 percent over the same period a year ago and once again the 650 twins from Royal Enfield were the biggest contributors.
The motorcycles managed to lure in 1109 buyers this past month, which was 8 percent better than what they managed in November 2019.
Kawasaki’s Z900 came a distant second in the performance bike sales November 2020 list, with 59 units to its name and a whopping 354 percent year-over-year (YoY) growth.
Up next is the Triumph Street Triple. The motorcycle fetched 30 unit sales and is followed by the Kawasaki Versys 650 and Ninja 650, both selling 21 units each.
The Street Twin from Triumph, having fetched 19 unit sales with a 6 percent growth, comes next, while the Ninja 1000SX from Kawasaki (15 units) lost a big chunk of its sales in November 2020.
Triumph retailed 14 units of its power-cruiser, the Rocket 3, while the Tiger 900 from the British brand and Vulcan S middleweight cruiser from Kawasaki both managed to rake in 13 units each.
In all, the top-selling performance motorcycles cumulatively sold 1314 units in the previous month.
