The top 10 sellers list now witnesses a reshuffle of some prominent players and their positions.
Looks like most cars have seen a downward trend in sales in February 2017. While the Maruti Alto, Swift DZire and Wagon R continue to hold their positions despite a drop in sales, the Swift has lost its position to the Grand i10. Compared to the previous month, the Grand i10 has lost very marginal sales compared to 12% of the Swift.
Even the Maruti Baleno is out of the list now, with sales of 7658 units, while its fiercest rival, the Hyundai i20 has fetched almost 3000 units more which is incredible. The Maruti Vitara Brezza seems to be performing extremely well while the Renault Kwid is the only one here who has got a significant hike in numbers.
The Hyundai Creta is also doing really well despite its price while the Maruti Celerio is fetching decent numbers even after the discontinuation of the diesel trim. Another noteworthy thing is that none of the C-segment sedans are present in the top 10 sellers list.
