2024 Tata Safari interior to get major design changes
2024 Tata Safari facelift will get some substantial tweaks on the exterior and interior. While we have some idea about the exterior, the interior has been spotted for the first time, revealing a lot of new details.
The biggest change you will notice inside is the new steering wheel design. This is the same design that was showcased in the Harrier EV at the Auto Expo. The similar 4-spoke design will be offered with other Tata cars too like the Curvv and the upcoming Nexon update.
The camouflaged dashboard suggests that there will be some major changes near the touchscreen infotainment system and the centre console with revised panels. We can expect new soft touch materials on the dash and some new design elements to make the cabin look fresh.
Another big change that we noticed is the new gear knob. It is much smaller in size and looks inspired with the new gear knob design seen on the new Range Rovers.
The exterior of the Safari facelift will get new LED headlights, new DRL design, new grille, revised bumper, new alloys, new tail lights with sequential turn indicators, etc.
You can expect more features with the new facelift which is likely to go on sale in 2024. The same 2.0-litre diesel engine will continue to be offered. It will also be available with an electric powertrain having a range of up to 500 km on full charge.
