Tata Motors hinted the OTR price of the Harrier. The official price release will be in early 2019.
The Tata Harrier was first showcased as the concept named Tata H5X at the 2018 Auto Expo. The Harrier is touted to be the most advanced SUV from the stable of Tata Motors. The Harrier is one of the most awaited cars of recent times and the anticipation for the launch is going on increasing. After revealing the engine specs and officially commencing the bookings, the manufacturer has hinted the car’s OTR price on twitter.
Powering the Tata Harrier is a 2.0-litre Kryotec diesel engine that produces 140 HP. The car will be available with a choice of both 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmissions. There will also be an option for an AWD drivetrain. The Harrier has been developed in close interaction with Jaguar Land Rover. The SUV is based on Land Rover’s D8 platform.
The official price announcement of the Tata Harrier will be done in early 2019. The bookings have been started for this SUV and it can be booked by paying Rs. 30,000/- at any authorised Tata Motors dealership or online at www.tataharrier.com. The on-road price of the base variant of the Harrier is expected to be around Rs. 16 lakhs whereas the top trim will cost you Rs. 21 lakhs. When launched in India, the Tata Harrier will go up in the market against the Hyundai Creta and Jeep Compass.
