The Ertiga is performing in the expected lines for Maruti Suzuki and they are pretty happy for the same. We reported a few days back about the Ertiga Concept Crossover which was showcased at IIMS, now we cover the other two Eritga concept variants showcased at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS). Suzuki showcased Luxury and Sporty Concept of the Ertiga apart from the Crossover. All the three variants are powered by the same 1.4-litre M4A petrol engine producing a power output of 94 BHP. These concept models have no difference in terms of technical specifications, they only have cosmetic changes for segmenting.
All the three models have unique front and rear design. The Ertiga Sporty showcases new front grille with modified bumpers. It also has a new airdam design implemented in the bumper for enhancing the MPV’s appeal. The Ertiga Sporty edition has also got daytime running LED headlights similar to the Ertiga Crossover, which gives it a bold look. The rear design of the Sporty Concept is also spiced up with dual muffler, sporty spoiler and new bumper. It has also got sporty alloy wheel with wider tyres for better road grip and attractive looks.
The other concept showcased was Luxury edition which looks elegant. The front design is different than the other two concepts and looks elegant, the premium metallic colors with new alloys demands attention. No other major noticeable changes can be seen in any models. Suzuki has not shared any information on rolling out the production models of these concept cars. We anticipate that after assessing customer requirements, Suzuki may plan to roll out these concept cars, probably as a limited edition run.
