Suzuki has teased new V-Strom 650 XT while 5 big bikes got discontinued.
The BS6 transition period is witnessing substantial rejig in product lineup for many companies. Suzuki has discontinued a wide range of 5 premium bikes as they haven’t updated these bikes with a BS6 compliant engine.
Suzuki has removed these products from their website. It includes the legendary Suzuki Hayabusa, GSX S750, V-Strom 1000, GSX R1000 and GSX S1000.
Out of these 5 premium motorcycles, Suzuki is likely to revive the GSX S750 with a BS6 avatar sometime later. We can expect them to introduce the new V-Strom 1050 soon in India while the rest of them won’t make a comeback.
Suzuki Motorcycle India bid adieu to the iconic Hayabusa with a Final BS4 Edition to sell out the existing stock in the country.
The Japanese bike maker has also teased the new V-Strom 650 XT that will get a BS6 compliant engine and is expected to be launched soon after the lockdown is lifted in our country.
