The asking price of the Skoda Rapid Matte Edition rises till Rs. 13.49 lakhs (ex-showroom) for the automatic variant
Skoda Auto India has introduced the Rapid Matte Edition today with a starting price of Rs. 11.99 lakhs (ex-showroom).
The Czech Marque has given the new edition of the C-segment sedan a Matte Carbon Steel exterior colour and exterior elements such as a glossy black radiator grille, splitter, door handles and tailgate spoiler.
In addition, the car also comes with black body side moulding, a rear diffuser, boot lid garnish and black alloy wheels. Skoda says it has also fitted it exclusively with ‘high visibility performance bulbs’.
On the inside, the Rapid Matte Edition gets dual tone Tellur Grey interiors, black leatherette upholstery with Alcantara inserts, stainless steel scuff plates with Rapid inscription, 6.5-inch infotainment touchscreen, a rear-view camera and a USB air purifier.
In addition, the car also comes with anti-glare interior rear-view mirror, rear windscreen defogger with timer, height adjustable three-point seatbelts at the front, rough road package, an engine immobilizer with floating code system, rear parking sensors, dual front airbags and ABS.
Powered by the 110 PS, 1.0-litre TSI engine, the Rapid Matte Edition comes with both 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox options.
