SkodaAuto India has announced introduction of 2 years warranty on Skoda Genuine Parts and Accessories with effect from 15th August, 2009 for their customers in India. The two year warranty will be available on Skoda Genuine Parts and Accessories across the product range which includes the Skoda Superb, Skoda Octavia, Skoda Laura and Skoda Fabia.

To further boost its focus on customer satisfaction, SkodaAuto India opened its first spare parts warehouse in India in March 2009. The facility is aimed at ensuring a better spare parts provision in India to manage the end to end spare parts flow, critical to customer satisfaction, cost control and optimal sales and service operations. The facility will substantially increase the assortment and quantity of Skoda Genuine Parts and Accessories in India making it easier for customers to access key auto parts. SkodaAuto also aims at making available an inventory of 23000 original spare part line items from existing 13000 line items by 2012..
