The price list of the Skoda Kushaq ranges from Rs. 10.50 lakhs and Rs. 17.60 lakhs
Skoda has launched the Kushaq in India and the compact SUV’s asking price begins at Rs. 10.50 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Available in a total of 3 variants – Active, Ambition and Style – Hyundai Creta rival is the first vehicle that Skoda has developed under its India 2.0 programme.
Built on the MQB-A0-IN platform, the Kushaq has crisp styling on the outside and is fitted with LED lights, is offered with 16- or 17-inch wheels based on the variant chosen, roof rails, a rear spoiler and chrome embellishment.
On the inside, the cabin has a contemporary layout and for the price, the Skoda Kushaq comes with a touchscreen (7- or 10-inch units) with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Bluetooth connectivity, SmartLink, touch control panel for the Climatronic system, ambient lighting, USB-C ports, wireless smartphone charger, auto-dimming IRVM, electric sunroof and more.
It is offered with 2 engine options – a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder turbocharged motor (115 PS and 175 Nm) and a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbo mill (150 PS and 250 Nm).
Both engines can be paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox, while those who want only 2 pedals, can opt for a 6-speed auto with the small motor and a 7-speed DSG with the larger engine.
The compact SUV also comes with loads of safety features such as (up to) 6 airbags, ESC (standard on all trims), TPMS, Hill Hold Control, Multi-Collision Brake, ISOFIX mounts, and so on.
Skoda offers the Kushaq with 4 years / 1 lakh km warranty, which can be extended up to 6 years / 1.50 lakh km. Additionally, the car comes with a 2 years parts warranty, 2 years battery warranty, 3 years paint warranty, 6 years corrosion warranty and extended roadside assistance up to 9 years.
Customer deliveries of the Kushaq start on 12th July and Skoda Auto India currently has 120 sales touchpoints in 85 cities in India. It plans to expand to 150 touchpoints by the end of 2021.
