Compared to the previous month, there are not many changes in the positions

In September 2022 car sales, there are minor changes in the top 25 list compared to August

September 2022 car sales witnesses no major changes in terms of MoM sales. However, all the cars have seen a positive YoY growth except for Maruti Ertiga.

In this top 25 list, Maruti Suzuki has 10 cars with a total of 1,34,461 units sold. Hyundai takes the second position with 4 cars in the list and a total sales of 40,633. Tata Motors managed to sell 33,705 cars overall and has 3 cars in the list.

Mahindra has 4 cars in the top 25 with 29,787 units. Kia has 3 cars in the list with 25,524 units sold. Toyota only has 1 car, the Innova Crysta which saw 7282 units.

There is only 1 sedan (Maruti Dzire) in top 25, 9 hatchbacks in the list and a whopping 14 UVs having a combined volume of over 1,38,000 units.
