Royal Enfield to go on product offensive post pandemic.

Royal Enfield Himalayan Pros & Cons
A souped up version of the Himalayan is under works

Royal Enfield is preparing a product offensive with a new range of bikes in the pipeline. The Indian bike maker is expanding their presence across the globe and has seen a sharp growth in the European market.

They are currently churning out 10,000 bikes per year from 400 dealers across Europe. With the new products under development, they expect to improve their market share further across various segments.

In India, we will soon get the Meteor 350, which is essentially the Thunderbird replacement. Royal Enfield is preparing a new 650 Twin based flat tracker bike as well.

A souped up bigger capacity Himalayan is in the pipeline as well and we expect RE to offer more tech and features with a bigger version of the Himalayan adventure motorcycle.

The Indian bike maker is considering an electric motorcycle as well but no concrete information on that has been revealed yet. The design team has presented around 14 new bikes to the team over the last year.

We could possibly see Royal Enfield Concept KX production version too in the near future. Apart from these new bikes, the company is preparing to launch entry-level slimmer and light weight motorcycles for a wider audience in India.

Talking about the ongoing pandemic crisis, the bike maker says if they have a few months of zero revenue, they will survive.
