Royal Enfield has introduced Ride Sure extended warranty program in India.
In a bid to attract more buyers amidst falling sales, Royal Enfield is pushing the envelope in every department, be it new products, new dealerships or new after sales initiatives.
The Indian bike maker has introduced Ride Sure program, which is an extended warranty program. It is available in three packs – Basic, Basic Plus and Premium.
This program comes with additional 2-year warranty for Royal Enfield motorcycles which takes the total coverage of warranty to 4 years and 50,000 kms.
The Ride Sure Basic package costs Rs. 2150/- for the 350cc range and Rs. 2650/- for the 500cc range. The Basic Plus package costs Rs. 3100/- for 350cc and Rs. 3650/- for 500cc. While the Premium package costs Rs. 5300/- for 350cc and Rs. 5900/- for 500cc. The price also varies from city to city.
The Basic package extends the warranty from 2 to 4 years. The Basic Plus offers the same with additional Roadside assistance for 2nd, 3rd and 4th years. The Premium package offers all of that with free replacement of brake pads, accelerator cables and clutch cables.
The Royal Enfield Ride Sure program is available for all bikes except for the 650 Twins.
