Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 expected to be launched early next year
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 spotted testing as it nears its world premiere later this year. This will be one of the first new generation RE models offering brand new tech and mechanicals.
The test mule spotted in the video showcases the suspension in action. While the rider looks comfortable on the bike, the suspension does its duty to flatten out the bumps and potholes quite well according to this video.
It will get a new single-cylinder liquid cooled 450cc engine producing around 40 BHP and 40 Nm of torque.
The motorcycle will get a brand new all-digital instrument cluster with a single pod setup. It will display all the information including the speed, tachometer, turn by turn navigation, distance to empty, fuel gauge, etc.
It is expected to come with LED headlight and LED tail lamp. The Indian bike maker will be offering Bluetooth connectivity for more features.
While the world premiere of the bike is expected at the EICMA shoe later this year in November, the market launch is likely to happen sometime early next year.
