Owner adds stickers to the Royal Enfield Desert Storm to make it look like Pegasus 500.
The limited edition Royal Enfield Pegasus 500 is one of the most controversial bikes of recent times. We’ve even seen a livid owner throw it on a pile of garbage. Now comes another interesting visual where a clever Desert Storm owner transforms his bike into Pegasus 500. The transformation was done by removing the old stickers from the tank, toolbox and air filter box of the Desert Storm and adding the Pegasus 500 stickers on the tank.
The stickers on the Pegasus 500 included a unique stencilled number on both the sides of the tank along with a unique Royal Enfield logo. The owner has also made two stickers from the World War II memorabilia to give the Desert Storm an identical Pegasus 500 look.
The cost of this transformation was less than Rs. 1000/- and some man hours. By doing this, the owner saved thousands of bucks just for a special colour scheme. Even after all the agitation from the Royal Enfield owners, the bike maker still hasn’t taken any positive action.
