Royal Enfield Bullet 350 ES is the renamed Bullet Electra which has not been discontinued as per the rumours.
Last week there were rumours about the Royal Enfield Bullet Electra 350 being discontinued since the Electra category was removed from the official website. RE has now denied the rumours and confirmed that the motorcycle has not been discontinued but renamed to Bullet 350 ES.
The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 ES is now visible on the website under the Standard Street category with the Bullet 500. The Indian bike maker had renamed it a few months back and it continues to be a part of the lineup and is available pan India at all the dealerships.
The bike maker says there is no big reason behind renaming the Bullet Electra 350 but it’s just to simplify the lineup for the customers by putting it under one category. The technical specifications of the Bullet 350 and Electra are the same but the only difference is the latter having electric start.
Apart from the new name, there are no changes in specifications. The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 ES continues to get the 346cc, single cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled engine that produces maximum power of 19.8 BHP at 5250 RPM with a peak torque of 28 Nm at 4000 RPM, mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
