Renault Kiger Stealth Black launched to commemorate 50,000 production milestone
Renault has launched a new Stealth Black shade for its Kiger as the company celebrates 50,000 production milestone for the compact SUV. The all-new Kiger was rolled out from the company’s Chennai plant.
With this, the Kiger now comes in 7 colours with the option of 4 dual-tone colour combinations as well.
It has been awarded with a 4-star safety rating by Global NCAP and is also among the top 2 in the JD Power 2021 India Initial Quality Study (IQS) in the Compact SUV segment.
Kiger was Renault’s third global car that was launched in India first before it being introduced globally. It’s now sold in South Africa, Indonesia, East African Region, Kenya, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Seychelles, Mauritius, Nepal, Bhutan, Bermuda, and Brunei.
Available with 2 engine options – 1-litre Energy engine in manual and Easy-R AMT transmissions and 1-litre Turbo engine in manual and X-Tronic CVT transmissions, the Renault Kiger’s features include wireless smartphone charging and cruise control.
For 2022, the turbo range features new tailgate chrome insert, front skid plate, Turbo door decals along with 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. The Stealth Black shade is available only in the RXT(0) and RXZ variants.
