The first ever spy pictures of the upcoming Renault Fluence have finally surfaced. The French carmaker is currently testing the car in Chennai which will be assembled from CKD kits shipped from the company’s Turkey plant. The Fluence is built on the Renault-Nissan C platform which is also the base for the Megane III. The Fluence is expected to have exceptional ride quality and will be powered by a more powerful 1.5 liter diesel producing 105bhp. Renault will launch the Fluence by mid-2011, pricing it around Rs. 13 lakhs.
