Renault Duster Sandstorm Edition has been launched in India, is priced from Rs. 10.90 lakhs.
Renault has launched the Duster Sandstorm Edition in India which is priced at Rs. 10.90 lakhs for the RXS 85 HP diesel variant and Rs. 11.70 lakhs for the RXS diesel 110 HP variant (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Sandstorm Edition is available only in the diesel version of the Renault Duster and features only cosmetic changes. Changes to the exterior include a matte black front armour with Duster branding and lights, body graphics with Sandstrom stickers on the bonnet, doors, ORVMs and the tail-gate, 16-inch Zodiac machined alloy wheels and body coloured door handles.
On the interior, the Renault Duster Sandstorm Edition gets a dual-tone black and grey dashboard, centre console finished in dark chrome and Sandstorm branded seat covers and floor mats. There is also a 7.0-inch MediaNAV touchscreen infotainment system.
Powering the SUV is a 1.5-litre K9K diesel motor that comes in two states of tune, an 85 HP version and 110 HP version. The 85 HP diesel version puts out 200 Nm of torque and comes paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox, while the 110 HP diesel version churns out 245 Nm of torque and comes paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox. Interestingly, Renault claims a 20 km/l fuel-efficiency figure for both the 85 HP and 110 HP diesel engine.
