Ola Electric S1 Price Starts At Rs. 99,999/-

The Ola S1 electric scooter comes with 2 price tags, with the top-spec model costing Rs. 1.30 lakhs

Ola Electric has launched its S1 electric scooter at a starting price tag of Rs. 99,999/- (ex-showroom) in India, today.

It comes in a total of 2 variants called the S1, which is offered in 5 colour choices, and S1 Pro, with the latter featuring more range, goodies and it also comes in 10 colourways.

Featuring LED lighting units, the compact electric scooter comes with a 7-inch touchscreen instrument display with smartphone connectivity, music and navigation.

The S1 electric scooter does not come with any keys. It is equipped with proximity lock/unlock and can also be locked using either the dedicated application or through the digital screen.

Ola has also installed different moods – Bolt, Care, Vintage and Wonder – which are customisable, while multiple profiles can be created by those using the vehicle.

What’s more, the Ola S1 price also gets customers voice control (Hey Ola), built-in speakers and using the dedicated app, one can also book their service appointment.

The Ola Scooter is powered by an electric motor with 8.5 kW (11.4 HP) peak power output. This enables the EV to hit a top speed of 115 km/hr (S1 Pro), while 0-60 km/hr is done in 5 seconds (S1 Pro).

It draws its juice from a 3.92 kWh battery which offers a claimed maximum range of 181 km. The battery can be charged either through a 750 W portable charger or a fast charger (18 minutes to full charge).

Furthermore, Ola has also equipped the electric scooter with a reverse gear, a front monoshock, disc brakes at both ends and features like hill-hold and cruise control too.
