Ola Electric motorcycle ready to hit the stage
Ola Electric has teased a new electric motorcycle which is likely to make its debut on 15th August. The prototype electric bike covered in a cloth was teased by the CEO.
The silhouette hints us that it is a sports bike. Seems like it will get some sharp design elements to make it look futuristic. We are not sure if this is a production ready electric bike or a concept version.
Few months back Ola teased a range of electric motorcycles with different body types including naked street bike, supersport, adventure bike, cruiser motorcycle and even a scrambler. You can see the teaser image of the bike range below and we think it is the second one from the left that has been teased here by the Ola Electric CEO.
We don’t expect the electric bike to be available for sale before 2024. No specifications have been revealed by the company yet. It is likely to share the same technology from the scooter, might get more power and torque figures along with dedicated riding modes. More details to be announced officially on 15th August.
Ola Electric will also introduce a new entry-level Ola S1X variant of the scooter. It is expected to be priced under Rs. 1 lakh (ex-showroom). To feature new components and slightly different styling elements.
