Nissan has commenced production of the Magnite and has revealed the variants and the features offered with each of them.
Having begun producing the car at its plant at Oragadam in Chennai, the firm has revealed that it is also exploring opportunities to export the compact SUV.
First up come the number of Nissan Magnite variants, of which there are five, namely – XE, XL, XV, XV Premium and XV Premium (O). Only the turbo petrol cars come with the XV Premium (O) variant.
Below are the variants and the features offered with each of them and note that XV Premium (O) is missing as Nissan has not revealed details about it yet –

Over and above the features offered with the base XE variant, the XL models come with –

In addition to the features offered on the XL variant, the XV has the following items –

The top-spec XV Premium trim has the following features in addition to the ones mentioned above –
Further, customers can also have a “Tech Pack” which will add wireless charger, air purifier, ambient mood lighting, puddle lamps and high-end speakers from JBL to the features list and it is available with the XV variant.
Multiple engine and transmission options will be offered on the Nissan Magnite and they are – 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with 5-speed MT and 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine with 5-speed manual and X-Tronic CVT transmission.
In all, taking into account all the variables mentioned above, customers who are looking to buy the SUV have 20 trim levels to choose from. They are as follows –
1.0-litre NA Petrol 5-Speed MT –
1.0-litre Turbo Petrol 5-Speed MT –
1.0-litre Turbo Petrol CVT –
The official unveil of the compact SUV took place only a couple of weeks ago and since details of Nissan Magnite variants have been officially revealed, we can be rest assured that its launch is very close by indeed.
