The upcoming Nissan Magnite has been spotted undisguised while it was being fuelled-up at a petroleum outlet.
We had, in September, got hold of the patent images of the Japanese compact SUV and the spotted car looks exactly the same as the model seen in the images.
While the concept had a more rugged look to it, the production-ready example has toned its aggression down a lot.
At present, we only have this image of the car’s rear profile and first things first, it is a dual-tone variant with blue colour applied to the body and a white roof section.
Those sharp rear lamps, creases on the tail gate, big rear bumper with housing for the number plate and the reflectors, with the silver trim in it helping to break the visual mass, are all present.
There is also a small rear diffuser, a roof spoiler with a third brake light and roof rails. We can also see the alloy wheels that were shown on the concept and they look very good in the flesh as well.
Also, the Nissan Magnite Spotted car has black plastic cladding over the wheel arches and has had its badges covered off. We expect the front of the car to look the same as the model we spotted in the patent images.
Nissan will launch the Magnite within the first half of next year in our country and it will compete against the Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue and the likes.
