Nissan has announced that the asking price for the Magnite in 2021 will remain the same as its introductory prices till further notice.
This, however, does not apply to the base XE variant available with the 1.0-litre NA petrol engine, the price of which has jumped by Rs. 50,000/- to currently retail at Rs. 5.49 lakhs from the earlier cost of Rs. 4.99 lakhs (both prices ex-showroom).
Launched in December 2020, the compact SUV, its maker claims, has so far garnered over 32,800 bookings, while 1.80 lakh enquiries have also been made.
According to the firm, buyers from segments such as hatchback, sedan and SUV have all shown interest over its Magnite compact SUV.
In order to reduce the delivery period to 2 to 3 months, Nissan has started a third shift at its plant by employing over 1000 people more and, in addition, Nissan says it has brought in new staff to its dealerships as well.
Currently, the 2021 Nissan Magnite price ranges from Rs. 5.49 lakhs to Rs. 9.59 lakhs (both prices ex-showroom) and is spread over 20 trims.
Further, customers can also opt for the optional “Tech Pack” should the wish to get more kit like wireless charger, air purifier, ambient mood lighting, puddle lamps and premium speakers.
