News highlights of the day include Hyundai, Mercedes, Jeep and Kawasaki.
Hyundai – New Hyundai Santa Fe teased for the international markets. The new SUV gets a revamped design with new grille and revised LED DRLs positioning. India launch unlikely in the near future.
Mercedes – The German luxury carmaker has teased their new flagship. The new generation S-Class will hit the international market in the second half of 2020. Production to commence from September. India launch expected to happen by 2021.
Jeep – The facelifted Jeep Compass that was leaked recently will make its world debut on 4th June. India launch is expected by the festive season. The SUV is expected to come with new features and styling changes.
Kawasaki – Kawasaki Z650 BS6 version has been launched in India. It comes with a price tag of Rs. 5.94 lakhs (ex-showroom). There are no changes in the bike’s styling, features or performance. It is Rs. 25,000/- more expensive than the BS4 model.
