BMW – The BMW Group is betting big on the electric technology and has decided to start producing battery modules for their high-voltage batteries of BMW Group’s electrified vehicles. They will begin the production process from 2021 from their Leipzig plant.
Maruti Suzuki – Launched in 2010, the Maruti Wagon R CNG has just crossed a big milestone of 3 lakh unit sales. It is the most successful factory-fitted CNG car in India thanks to the practicality on offer along with a segment leading CNG efficiency of 33.54 km/kg. As of now, there are more than 24 lakh customers of the Wagon R including the petrol models. It is among the top 5 selling cars in our country every month.
Infiniti – The luxury division of Nissan has come up with a new SUV concept Infiniti QX60 Monograph. It is a three-row SUV showcasing the luxury Japanese carmaker’s new design philosophy. It is expected to make its debut in its production avatar next year. Likely to be powered by a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine.
Ferrari – Ferrari Omologata is a one-off unit based on the 812 Superfast. It gets a new body kit finished in Rosso Magma featuring custom racing livery. Commissioned by a European client, this project took over 2 years to complete. Powered by the same 6.5-litre V12 producing 800 PS.
