News highlights of the day include TVS, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover and Ather.
TVS – The Indian bike maker has teased the new TVS Star City Plus BS6. It will be launched on 25th January. The bike will see new features and styling tweaks including new BS6 compliant engine. The new Star City will come with full LED headlights and a revised instrument cluster.
Mercedes – Mercedes-Benz will reveal a range of new products at the Auto Expo 2020 next month. The German luxury carmaker will launch the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé at the biennial event. Apart from that, they will be showcasing the new A-class sedan, GLA and EQC electric car.
Land Rover Discovery Sport – The British SUV maker will introduce the facelifted version of the Discovery Sport in India on 13th February. The new Discovery Sport comes with substantial styling updates, specially at the front which now looks more sharp. It will come with BS6 compliant 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engine options.
TVS Apache RR 310 – The Indian 2-wheeler maker is all set to introduce the BS6 version of the TVS Apache RR 310 on 30th January. It will get additional features including TFT instrument cluster with bluetooth connectivity.
Ather 450X – The new electric scooter from Ather will be launched on 28th January. It will also be offered with a limited Collector’s Edition. It is the flagship model that will offer more features and performance.
