Maruti – India’s largest carmaker has crossed a new milestone of exporting more than 2 million vehicles from India. They recently started exports of the Suzuki Jimny which is currently being produced solely for the export markets, not yet launched for the domestic market.
Renault – The French carmaker recently launched the new Renault Kiger compact SUV, which comes with an aggressive starting price of Rs. 5.45 lakhs (ex-showroom). The deliveries of the Kiger will commence from 3rd March across the country.
NHAI – The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has recently achieved a new world record by constructing a 25.54 km long single lane road in record 18 hrs. It is constructed on the Vijaypur-Solapur stretch on the NH 52. This achievement will be added to the Limca Book of Records.
Indian Oil – The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) had recently launched their premium-grade petrol XP100 in the country. The availability is gradually expanding across India and the latest city to get the 100 RON fuel is Hyderabad. The XP100 petrol is priced at Rs. 160 per litre.
