Citroen – The French carmaker will finally launch their first product in India on 7th April. The Citroen C5 Aircross will be available in two variants. It will be powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 177 HP and 400 Nm of torque. While the official price will be revealed on 7th April, it is expected to be priced around Rs. 30 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Audi – The German luxury carmaker recently teased their new Audi S5 in India. The launch date has been confirmed officially and it is scheduled to take place on 22nd March. The performance car is powered by a 3.0-litre V6 TFSI turbo petrol engine producing 349 BHP and 500 Nm torque. It does 0-100 km/hr in 4.7 seconds.
Hyundai – One of the most popular compact SUVs these days, the Hyundai Creta, has completed 1 year of its launch in its new generation avatar. It is the highest selling car in its class currently and Hyundai has managed to sell over 1.21 lakhs units within a year. 60 percent of its sales come from the diesel powered variants.
Bajaj – The Bajaj Chetak electric scooter has got a price hike. It is available in two variants – Urbane and Premium that were priced at Rs. 1 lakh and Rs. 1.15 lakhs (all prices ex-showroom) respectively at the time of launch. Now the Urbane variant is priced at Rs. 1.15 lakhs while the Premium is retailed at Rs. 1.20 lakhs.
