Yamaha – Yamaha has introduced new virtual store in India. The online retail platform currently accepts bookings for their range of motorcycles only. For now scooters are not included. Customers can book their bikes online on this virtual store for Rs. 5000/-.
Maruti – India’s largest carmaker has crossed a new milestone with Alto. The entry-level car has crossed 40 lakh sales in over 20 years. This makes the Alto the highest selling car of all time in India. For 16 straight years, it has been the best selling car in India.
BMW – Recently the new R 18 cruiser was spotted in India. It is imported for customer preview events. BMW Motorrad will launch the R 18 in our country by next month. Powered by a 1802cc 2-cylinder air and oil-cooled boxer engine that churns out 91 HP at 4750 RPM and 158 Nm torque at 3000 RPM.
Ford – The American carmaker has confirmed that the Bronco has been completely developed for the North American market. They have no plans to bring it to Europe.
Motor Trivia – Did you know, Kia is South Korea’s oldest carmaker. It was found in 1944 as Kyungsung Precision Industry.
