Motomiu has modified the Harley Davidson Street 750 and developed a cafe racer called the Katungo Uno. The bike was showcased at the Autocar Performance Show.
The Harley-Davidson Street 750 is the cheapest offering from the manufacturer in India. The bike has now pawned a cruiser version called Motomiu Katungo Uno. The Katungo Uno has been designed and developed by Motomiu which is a modification company. The bike gets few styling changes such as the deletion of the headlight fairing and the light gets LEDs. The regular handles have been replaced by wider and lower clip-on bars which make the riding position very cafe racer-like.
The rear seat has been removed and an aerodynamic cowl can be found in its place now. The front alloy wheel is redesigned while the mudguard has also been deleted. The Katungo Uno gets vertically stacked twin pipes instead of the stock single silencer. The bike gets many CNC components and there is upside-down front forks now instead of the stock telescopic unit. The front 17-inch wheels have also been replaced by bigger 19-inchers. Some other modifications include underseat brake reservoir, steel brake lines, adjustable levers and higher profile rear rubber.
The Harley-Davidson Street 750 gets a liquid-cooled 749cc engine producing 58 BHP of power and 60 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The Motomiu Katungo Uno is available for sale and buyers can opt for their own customisation too. The company has also modified a Fat Boy Special and is into modifying Harley-Davidson bikes to make them look special while also ensuring they stand out from the crowd.
