The MG ZS Petrol has been spied once again and this time the SUV’s interiors can be seen in the link posted above.
First showcased at this year’s Auto Expo, the SUV was spied testing on our roads in August, but with heavy camouflage. However, we did notice that it got differently styled tail lamps.
Spotted by MotorBeamer Shreyansh Agrawal, the recent test mules were similar to the facelifted model showcased at the biennial automotive exhibition.
Expected to hit showrooms next year, the MG ZS Petrol spied interior image shows a dash similar to that of the ZS EV. However, the obvious difference is the presence of the gear selector, while in the electric car, there was just a dial there.
Another thing that can be spotted is that the cup holders are placed right before the centre front armrest. While, the instrument binnacle looks the same, it might get updated, along with the infotainment system when the car gets launched.
Position of the middle air vents and the silver trim that connects them with the passenger side circular blower is the same and even the door handles and the door cards look identical. Also, the climate control section is expected to get revised slightly.
When launched by March next year, the MG ZS petrol will get new LED headlights, revised grille, new front and rear bumpers and restyled taillights.
It is likely to be powered by two petrol engines – a 1.0-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated motor and yes, it expected to be priced lower than it supposedly green twin.
