The interior, to be precise the dashboard, of the MG Astor expected to be launched around the festive season this year, has been spied.
These recently surfaced spied MG Astor interior images show that the India-spec car will come with the same cabin layout as the model sold overseas.
While the dashboard and seats all come in black, the roof lining and top half of the pillars get a lighter shade. To give the cabin a premium touch, MG has used plenty of metallic trim bits, while the centre console gets gloss black trim.
Sitting smack in the centre of the dash and under the central air vents, is the 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Customers who choose the top variants will get a digital instrument cluster, while lower trim levels will feature an MID unit.
When it comes to features, expect the MG Astor to be loaded to the brim with the stuff, as it will sit in a highly-competitive segment that is dominated by the Hyundai Creta.
On the outside, the MG Astor will look exactly like the model showcased at the Auto Expo 2020 and it is expected to come with advanced driver assistance systems as well.
In terms of engine options, MG will give customers the choice to choose between a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol motor and a 1.3-litre turbo petrol unit, while both manual and automatic transmissions will be available as well.
