Mercedes-Benz India has recently announced the advanced level of the AMG Driving Academy, which is the third level after the basic training programme. The advance program consists of a combination of theory and practice sessions aimed for better cornering and handling of high performance vehicles under the AMG Driving Academy at the Buddh International Circuit situated in Greater Noida. It is an opportunity being provided by the German automaker to test one’s skills of racing with a performance vehicle under the training of expert drivers from the Germany AMG Driving Academy.
To taste the advanced level of AMG Driving Academy, you have to shell out Rs. 1,00,000/- with very selective and exclusive batches being conducted by Mercedes and the first batch is already sold out, which means that there are many Indian enthusiasts willing to develop their driving skills. The advanced course is a two day training programme at the Buddh International Circuit, which has been highly praised by F1 champion Michael Schumacher. The advanced course will improve the ability to hold performance oriented cars stable at high speeds and master the art of perfect cornering at high speeds.
The advanced level of AMG Driving Academy will be conducted with high performance AMG vehicles from the Mercedes-Benz stable including C63 AMG powered by a V8 engine producing 457 HP of power with 600 Nm of torque, E63 AMG powered by a biturbo V8 producing 557 HP of power with 720 Nm of torque and the high end SLS AMG featuring a 6208cc V8 engine, capable of producing 571 HP of power with a peak torque of 650 Nm. Apart from the AMG Driving Academy, Mercedes-Benz Performance Drive package also includes Track Day Experience, International Driving Experience, StarDrive Experience, Star Off-Road Experience and Young Star Driver Programme.
