Mercedes-Benz India has been on the product offensive in the Indian market and they have aggressively launched almost every model that is sold in global markets. The company has now expanded their product portfolio by launching the C-Class Cabriolet and S-Class Cabriolet in the Indian market.
Mercedes C-Class Cabriolet Launched
The Mercedes C-Class Cabriolet is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine that belts out 245 HP and 370 Nm of torque. It comes with features such as Agility Control Suspension and Dynamic Select driving modes. It goes from 0-100 km/hr in a quick 6.4 seconds. The Mercedes C300 Cabriolet is priced at Rs. 60 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Some of the key features of the C300 Cabriolet include ambient lighting, AIRCAP, thermatic automatic climate control with dual zone, Burmester surround sound system with 13 speakers. It also has parking package, Pre-Safe, LED intelligent light system and agility control.
Mercedes S-Class Cabriolet Launched
Mercedes S500 Cabriolet comes with a 5.0-litre V8 petrol engine that produces a massive 455 BHP of power and 700 Nm of torque. It goes from 0-100 km/hr in 4.6 seconds. Both the convertibles are offered with a 9 G-TRONIC transmission. The S500 Cabriolet is priced at Rs. 2.25 crores (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Some of the key features of the S500 Cabriolet include Airmatic suspensions, LED intelligent light system with Swarovski crystals, AIRCAP, thermotronic auto climate control with dual zone, active parking assist with parktronic camera, heads-up display, Burmester 3D surround sound system with 23 speakers, seat comfort package and Pre-Safe system.
Apart from this, the German automaker is also offering a Star Ease Maintenance package and it starts at Rs. 62,000/- for 2 years for the C-Class Cabriolet and Rs. 73,000/- for 2 years for the S-Class Cabriolet. With the launch of these two cars, Mercedes has completed their Cabriolet lineup including already launched E-Class Cabriolet.
