The SUV has seen massive sales numbers that have grown over 10 percent during April-Oct 2018-19.
Over the years, Maruti Suzuki has launched a number of vehicles for all car segments which have been well accepted by the Indian population. In an effort to provide more to its customers, Maruti has announced that they have increased the production of the Vitara Brezza.
The production of this highly popular SUV has increased by 10 percent to 94,000 units during April-Oct 2018-19. This growth was recorded with respect to the production numbers during the same period for the previous year.
The company will now be able to increase production since their Gujarat plant can roll out 2.5 lakh units annually. Maruti assures that this move will further enhance the car-purchasing and ownership experience for their loyal customers.
The Maruti Vitara Brezza was well-accepted by the Indian market when it was launched in 2016. It recorded the fastest time to sell 3 lakh units units in the SUV segment in just 28 months. The company has offered the Vitara Brezza with dual-tone colours and AMT gearbox recently which further increased its demand.
Till date Maruti Suzuki has sold over 3.57 lakh units of Vitara Brezza. Between April and October, Maruti Suzuki has sold around 95,000 units of the Vitara Brezza.
In May 2018, the Vitara Brezza was fitted with Auto Gear Shift, which has received a good response from the customers. The exterior and interior features were fine-tuned to amplify the sporty character of the SUV.
