Maruti Suzuki has officially commenced bookings for the upcoming third generation 2023 Alto K10 for a token amount of Rs. 11,000/-. Customers can book the car at any Maruti Suzuki Arena dealership or by logging on to https://www.marutisuzuki.com/alto.
Customers can also call 1800 102 1800 (toll free) to know more about the hatchback. Maruti Suzuki claims that the new Alto is equipped with a host of comfort, safety, convenience, and connectivity features.
With over 4.32 million customers in the last 22 years, the Alto is among the most influential car brands in the country. The third generation model is built on the signature Heartect platform and Maruti Suzuki claims it has very low NVH levels now.
The front has a large hexagonal grille with a honeycomb mesh. The grille has the number plate bracket. However, there are no fog lamps. On the inside, the dashboard looks quite large housing a big touchscreen infotainment system, probably, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The steering wheel is taken from other low-cost Maruti Suzuki cars but it’s devoid of controls. The instrument cluster is fully digital with a large digital reading for the speedometer. There’s no tachometer to be seen.
Maruti Suzuki might be hurrying up the launch owing to the great void left in the segment by the discontinuation of Hyundai Santro, Datsun Redigo, and Datsun Go.
Coming to the revealed variants of the upcoming Alto K10, there are a total of 12 variants on offer – STD, STD (O), LXI, LXI (O), VXI, VXI (O), VXI+, VXI+ (O), VXI AGS, VXI (O) AGS, VXI+ AGS, VXI+ (O) AGS.
Power comes from the latest K10C 998 cc engine that churns out 65.7 HP. The length, width, and height are 3530 mm, 1490 mm, and 1520 mm respectively. There are a total of 6 colours on offer.
