The Maruti SmartPlay Studio Dock app can be connected to a car using AUX or Bluetooth.
Maruti Suzuki has launched the SmartPlay Studio Dock app that is compatible Android and iOS devices. It can be connected to a car’s infotainment system using Bluetooth or an AUX cable. As of now, the app is compatible with the Wagon R only.
The user interface of the app is quite similar to the SmartPlay Studio UI offered on newer Maruti cars. While it doesn’t have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, it does have all the other features of the SmartPlay system.
It also has a multi-information display mode wherein the mobile screen showcases a lot of information like mileage, low fuel alert, seatbelt reminder, door open alert, etc.
